Tim Pecoraro  is high-energy and fast-paced with no lack of humor, vision, passion or zeal.

If you ask who he is, he will always tell you that he is a leader, a communicator, and an artist. Tim approaches challenges by crafting unique solutions that get results. Tim can ignite any group, by pairing keen insights with excellent delivery, imaginative word pictures, metaphors, and analogies. With his sole focus and passion being people, Tim spends his time as a ride-along partner and coach for businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals who want to be more, do more and have more in their life. He desires to create loose ends for people to tie up, have problems to solve and not just have answers to remember.

He is the Founder of Uphill Strategies, providing coaching and training for teams and leaders to do their extraordinary work and create a healthy culture that is their competitive advantage.

Currently, Tim is the creator and host of two successful podcasts, Uphill Conversations and UCYP: Uphill Conversations with Young Professionals.

A great conversation with a "chameleon" who has much to share,  Tim is a treasure :) He's a guy that has so much energy in him you just have to keep pace - I loved the path that he led me through this episode.  

Tim went through too many boxes until he decided to stop going with the flow, stop being a chameleon and get himself out of the box to follow his passion.
