ABOUT RÚNA MAGNÚSDÓTTIR

Born, raised and living in her native country Iceland. A lifetime entrepreneur, since 1988. First, in partnership with her role model in life, her mother, in a wholesale company, Bergís. A business that she sold in 2006 and transformed her career into the personal development and leadership world.

Since 2007 she has been dedicating her work to the personal leadership and development field—supporting entrepreneurs, leaders and politicians as their personal life and leadership coach.

She is the founder and creator of Connected-Women, one of the first global online community sites for women entrepreneurs and co-creator of the EU-WIIN Personal Branding Boutique and Program, BRANDit.

Rúna has written and published two books, The Personal Branding Book and Programs, Branding Your X-Factor and co-author of The Story Of Boxes, The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, with Nicholas Haines, both book and programs.

She is currently writing her third book, with the working title: What if Genders Have No Future? Sharing a four-generation roadmap to gender equality for all genders.

Rúna is the founder of The Change Makers, co-founder of The Network for Transformational Leaders and co-creator of #NoMoreBoxes The Transformational Movement, Methodology and Lifestyle - and co-creator of the MANIFESTO for The New Paradigm of Gender Equality along with her business partner Nicholas Haines.

#NoMoreBoxes The Transformational Movement is the antidote for divisive and black and white thinking.
